Handles customer complaints and queries regarding sales and service: The manager ensures that any issues related to customer service, vehicle sales, or post-sale support are addressed professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversees the maintenance of financial records and manages security arrangements for the premises: The manager ensures accurate financial tracking, oversees payment records, and implements security measures for both the vehicles and the dealership premises.
Authorises payment for vehicle supplies and sets pricing, discount rates, and credit terms: The manager approves vendor payments for vehicle stock, determines the pricing of vehicles, negotiates discount rates, and sets the terms for financing and credit.
Examines the quality of vehicles and ensures effective use of advertising and display facilities: The manager inspects incoming vehicles to ensure quality standards are met and works with the marketing team to optimize vehicle displays and advertising strategies to attract customers.
